Many of the top titles in the Games section of the App Store are geared towards kids. Do they benefit from interacting with the apps and playing with the phone? According to an article in the Boston Globe, they can.
But here’s the tantalizing part: If done the right way, with the right limits, handing a preschooler a smart phone could be good not just for the parents’ sanity. It might even be good for the child’s development.
